2. At Swefla, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know.
3. we only accept orders via swefla website.but for a special requirement or bulk orders mail us care@swefla.com.
4. We do not commit any on-time delivery, But we will try our best to honor the customer request, But can’t commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.
In case of some circumstances like Election, Bad weather condition, Strikes, other unwanted circumstances during rush hour days like valentine day, Mother day, New year, Father day, Christmas, Rakhi eve etc.
5. All the discounts are decided by Swefla team and reserved all rights.
6. Any changes to the recipient address or order type for contact our customer care number +918448969608 or mail us care@swefla.com before 6 hours of delivery.
7. We DO NOT guarantee delivery of the exact replica of the products mentioned on the website because our different bakeries and florist have own style of preparing same flavored cakes and designing of flowers and also depend upon availability but we will try to our best always.
8. If a customer found any type of damaged products (except cake) delivery, Kindly contact our customer care within 24 hours, The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.
9. Delivery Rules- The product must be delivered to the recipient, in case of the recipient not available at the delivery time we will deliver that person who received said. But if anyone not available at the address or out of contactable we cancel that order and refund full amount in 3 to 4 business days if the customer paid online.
10. If we find out any illegal behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings miss use of our website and Inc or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
11. We hold all the rights of any individual person or organizations request, it is not too necessary we will answer any request.
12. Swefla may change its Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
