Cancelation & Refund Policy

  1. Customer feel free to cancel own order yet ordered product not delivered at recieptent (except some product).
  2. For cancel own order Visit and go to My account section and cancel own order.
  3. If ordered product delivered at recieptent hand after than customer not able to cancel own order except some reasons.
  4. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, in that case customer feel free to cancel own order, In that case customer follow these terms n conditions:
    a. Customer have to mail Swefla email with subject of “Cancellation Request”
    b. In mail contain Order ID, Customer Contact Number, Refund Account Details and Cancellation Reason.
    c. After recieved cancellation mail Our team inquire that reason and if it is true, We will refund full amount.
  5. If order was not delivered to the recipient for any reason .(This does not include the case for unfounded recipient),customer will get a full refund,If customer paid online payment before order delivered.
  6. A refund can requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  7. Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
  8. In any type of matters concerning Cancellation and refund Swefla shall have the deciding hand.
  9. Swefla may change its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
